mando_diao_GH1Popularni švedski rock band Mando Diao je za prvu kompilaciju 'Greatest Hits Volume 1' odabrao 22 pesme koje daju uvid u sve faze njihovog rada. Karijeru su započeli pre deset godina singlovima 'Mr. Moon', 'The Bend' i 'Sheepdog' sa prvog albuma 'Bring 'Em In'. Taj disk im je odmah doneo uspeh u Švedskoj i otvorio vrata internacionalne karijere. Usledili su albumi 'Hurricane Bar' (2004.), 'Ode To Ocharsy' (2006.) i 'Never Seen The Light of Day' (2007.) sa kojih su lansirani singlovi 'Down In The Past', 'Long Before Rock'n'Roll', 'God Knows' i 'You Can't Steal My Love'.


Poslednji studijski album 'Give Me Fire' (2009.) doneo je i njihov najuspješnijih hit singl do sada 'Dance With Somebody'. Za njim je usledio i singl 'Gloria'. Svi spomenuti hitovi uvršćeni su i na ovu kompilaciju, najavljenu krajem prošle godine novom pesmom 'Christmas Could Have Been Good' snimljenom ekskluzivno za ovo izdanje.

De Luxe izdanje sadrži bonus DVD sa snimkom koncerta koji su 2006. godine održali u Minhenu i osamnaest spotova.
